Great experience...I have an older hybrid bike with somewhat specialized wheels (700C, centre lock disc brakes) and bent the front one. Brought it in and got a replacement at a very reasonable price, far better than online. They even swapped over the disc brake for me! I'll definitely be back.

Took a good quality 3 year old bike into the store. Came out of service with a new chain and sprocket. Cleaned up, tightened up, and it’s riding better than new. Snappy shifts again and it’s rolling true. Appreciate having a shop like this so close to home!

Loved this little shop - lots of options for bikes and accessories. Very friendly staff. After showing them the problem we were having with our bicycles. We purchased 2 e-bikes from Muon a month ago that were riddled with problems. Off spec parts that didn't fit for example. Unfortunately, we didn't feel confident that Muon would or could fix them so we took our issues to McPhail's and they were amazing. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Dropped off my bike because my rear tire wasn’t inflating. Staff at McPhail’s provided me with an immediate diagnosis and very reasonable quote. Tire repaired within 24 hours during what I assume would be a busier time of year with everyone dusting off their bikes from the winter. Will definitely return for any of my bicycle needs!
